New wooden shape "Monacca. Monacca is a brand created by Ecoasu Umajimura Co., Ltd. In collaboration with the industrial designer Takumi Shimamura to make use of thinned cedar from Umaji Village,, Kochi Prefecture.
The brand name comes from a traditional Japanese sweet "monaca".
The very light material made of 6 layers of 0.5mm sliced cedar laminate is made into bags, calculators or zabuton(Japanese style cushion) by skilled craftsmen.
The texture of the products will change depending on each individual user and their elegance will become enhanced with the passage of time

• The wrinkle that can be seen at the corner is due to the press and cast process however, it is not a defect and doesn't affect the product.
• Due to the natural materials being used, each product has a different wood texture.
